Invariably, aerospace programmes are driven by an operational requirement and derived system requirements, which then produces a system to meet those requirements, tested against them. Simple enough? Quite, but Project Managers are often trying to balance Stakeholders’ often conflicting needs and wants, which can derail the overall effort. Aerotech’s wide-ranging expertise in project management, requirements capture and systems engineering facilitates accurately targeted support, cost effective and accurate. This can take the form of a ‘Red Teaming’ effort, where specific areas of support are identified to simply energise and, if required, recommend realignment to better serve the overall Aims and Objectives.
